Media Controller Brightness allows you to quickly change settings in your iPhone. These settings are:
1-Brightness
2-Wi-Fi
3-Location
The tweak is free in Cydia. To access the toggles all you need to do is double tap the home button to activate iPod controls. The system toggles will appear as shown in the screenshot below:
